When you’re facing a legal issue, one of the hardest challenges is knowing where to start. With a free case consultation, you can sit down with me personally to discuss your situation.
Before entering the legal profession, I served in the United States Army, culminating in a tour that involved the invasion of Panama in 1989. After my service, I decided to enter law school, earning my Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Today, my background and experience have allowed me to successfully serve clients throughout Little Rock and across Arkansas for over two decades.
“When you work with me, I won’t ask you to blindly trust me with your case. Instead, I’ll use my analytical skills and experience to help you understand exactly what you’re up against and the options you have. Together, we can try to find a solution that fits your needs.”

The unfortunate reality of our justice system is that even the very best judges and juries sometimes make wrong decisions. Whether you’ve been the victim of an unfair judgment, or you simply weren’t given a fair settlement, you retain the right to pursue an appeal.
For over two decades I’ve worked with a number of clients on a variety of different appeal cases to help their voice be heard. The decision for filing an appeal can vary depending on a number of factors, but typically an appeal stems from the belief that the judge or jury was biased, evidence was improperly considered, or applicable laws were misapplied. Should you choose to appeal your case, there are three potential outcomes: The decision will either be affirmed, reversed, or remanded and sent to a lower court for possible modification.
The decision to appeal is one that should always be considered when faced with an unsuccessful outcome or verdict. The appeals process has its own unique set of rules, and I welcome the challenge of presenting case details to win appeals for my clients over disputed court rulings.
Very great attorney. Case began in 2005 and was settled in 2006. He will go the distance with you and fight hard until the finish.
Mr. Scholl won a case few attorneys would take. He is polite, professional, and all business. I highly recommend him as an attorney!
I finally found an attorney that took the time to understand my case and represent my concerns. I highly recommend Scott!
There can be scenarios that make it possible for a parent to revoke their guardianship consent. Speak with a family law attorney so you can work toward a solution for your situation.
Child support is an entirely separate issue from child custody and visitation. Just because he pays child support does not automatically entitle him to visitation rights, just as not paying child support does not prevent him from having visitation rights.
